My mission is to help indivuals, couples, and families make meaningful and life-long changes.  I work with children, adolescents, and adults suffering with anxiety and depressive disorders.  I seek to help my clients better manage their emotions and make choices that enhance their lives.

Insurance

I am an out of network provider and will email you a detailed electronic super bill after each session, for you to submit to your insurance company.  Payment following each sessions is appreciated via Simple Practice, Zelle, Venmo, checks or cash.
